We are a values-driven charitable organisation dedicated to supporting children and young people with PMLD/complex needs with long term physical disabilities and their families. We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Band 6 Paediatric Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team.
Based at: Langside School, Poole, BH12 5BN.

What will you be doing?
Provide an effective physiotherapy service by assessing pupils, setting goals, and managing a clinical caseload.
Plan and deliver tailored physiotherapy programmes in partnership with pupils, families, and school staff.
Offer training and advice to staff and carers, including clearly communicating complex information and contributing to review meetings.
Monitor and manage equipment needs, attend relevant visits or clinics, and support a safe, clean school environment.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and communication to support effective care.
Manage caseload, supervise assistants, and provide training and support.
Coordinate care, resources, and teamwork while following policies and contributing to service development
What are we looking for?
Qualified HCPC-registered physiotherapist with relevant degree/diploma, post-registration experience
A current full driving licence
Minimum of 3 years post graduate experience in physiotherapy
Able to work in challenging situations with enthusiasm.
Creative & lateral thinker.
