Short Breaks Crew
Children’s Team - Bournemouth, Christchurch & Poole
We are looking to recruit Short Breaks Crew to join our Children’s Team across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole, including our main venue, The Treehouse, in Hurn. Your role is to support more complex children and young people with additional emotional needs and disabilities and their siblings in their play at a variety of activities and to ensure positive outcomes and the continual safety, health, and wellbeing of the children and young people using Children’s Services.

This role requires staff to:
Take responsibility for a child for the session, whilst team working for the care and oversight of others.
Follow each individual child or young person’s care plan and contribute to their continuing development.
Assist where necessary any child or young person with eating and drinking, or maintaining their nutritional needs.

Interpersonal skills
Organisation and time management skills
Teamwork
