Harry Redknapp
A leading football manager, former player, and King of the Jungle, Harry has been a supporter of Diverse Abilities for many years. “It is my absolute pleasure to accept the invite from Diverse Abilities to become a patron of the charity. This feels very much like a natural progression as I have been doing what I can to support this fantastic charity for a while now. I am very pleased to make it official!”
Chris Jarvis
An actor and children’s presenter who has been on our screens since 1993. “Diverse Abilities is a great local charity. It is a pleasure to work with the team, provide support and put a smile on the children’s faces when I visit the charity’s Langside School. It’s a school that’s as bright and happy on the inside as it is on the outside. The amazing teachers, carers and students are the sunniest and most inspiring people you could ever meet.”
Izzy Songhurst
A Poole based trampoline gymnast, two-time European champion, World bronze medallist and Olympian. “This charity is one I am very keen on helping as much as possible as I know first-hand how much of a positive impact they have had on so many individuals and families, mine included.”
Nicola Wills
Nicola is a Dorset girl at heart, having grown up in the area and attended Corfe Hills School. Diverse Abilities has been part of her life for as long as she can remember, the charity supported her brother, Graeme, throughout his life, making this role as Patron deeply personal.
Now based in London, Nicola has carved out a remarkable career across entertainment, business and media. She performed as a lead in Fame on the West End stage, built a globally recognised online business placing her in the top 1% of her industry, and hosts INSPIRE with Nicola a podcast dedicated to empowering women to rewrite their stories and realise their potential. Most recently, she appeared on Million Dollar Nannies, streaming on Hulu on Disney+.
Nicola became Patron of Diverse Abilities to give back to a charity that gave so much to her family. She is passionate about raising awareness, championing the work of the organisation, and using her platform to ensure that every individual with diverse abilities and every family who loves them feels seen, supported and celebrated.

Volunteers
Our volunteers are simply amazing, they help us do so much across both fundraising and our services, and we are eternally grateful for their support.
