More about the role…
In this role, you will empower young adults to express themselves, build confidence and experience joy in ways that would not be possible without your support. You will play a pivot part in young adults' lives to make memories that last a lifetime.
What will you be doing?
Provide high quality, person-centred care following each young adult's care plan
Offer compassionate personal care (regulated activity) and support with daily routines for ages 18-25 years old
Assist with nutrition needs- helping with eating, drinking and mealtime enjoyment.
You will be required to work across varied locations
What are we looking for?
A kind and compassionate individual with a genuine love for helping others
An adaptable individual with a passion to learn
UK Manual driving license
Experience providing personal care
