As a Support Worker at The Beehive Centre, you’ll help people live full, active and meaningful lives. You’ll build positive relationships, support individuals to make their own choices, and encourage independence in a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment.

Every day brings something new. You’ll provide personalised support tailored to each individual, from helping with personal care to taking part in activities, learning new skills and exploring the community.
You’ll play a key role in encouraging people to try new experiences, build friendships and achieve their goals – no matter how big or small. Alongside a supportive team, you’ll deliver high-quality, person-centred care, follow individual support plans and ensure everyone feels valued, respected and included.
From celebrating achievements to supporting everyday moments, this is a role where what you do truly matters.
This role requires staff to:
Provide excellent support and care to people day to day.
Support and encourage people to take part in new things which can help develop confidence and enable them to reach their full potential.
Support people with every aspect of their personal care (regulated activity).
Drive the organisation’s vehicles and act as an escort when required.
When appropriately trained, administer medication in line with Diverse Abilities’ policy.
Provide a clear record of the day’s activity with/for the person you’ve supported.
Participate in regular support and supervision.

Full, UK Manual Driving License and use of own vehicle for business use
