Find out more about a Deputyship
Diverse Abilities, Dorset’s disability charity, have teamed up with South West Wills & Probate to run a Q&A session about the process of applying for deputyship.
Matthew Billingsley from South West Wills & Probate has worked alongside Diverse Abilities Advice Team and offered advice at the charity’s Transition sessions aimed at helping to guide parents of children with disabilities when changing from children’s services to adult services.
Diverse Abilities and Matthew Billingsley will be running an online Q&A session on Thursday 15th January between 11am-12pm. The session aims to answer questions about how and when to apply for deputyship and whether or not deputyship is appropriate for your situation.
If you would like to take part, email advice@diverseabilities.org.uk and you will be sent a zoom link before the event to join. Places will be limited to keep the group small so that everyone has a chance to ask questions.
