Charity brings free Clubbercise to The Dolphin

Diverse Abilities, Dorset’s Disability Charity, brings free Clubbercise classes to The Dolphin this Spring.

The charity will take over Gather at The Dolphin, located opposite H. Samuel, on Sunday, March 12th with two Clubbercise classes delivered by local instructor, Emma Darling. The charity will also be taking sign-ups for the Dorset Neon Run – a fun 5K around Poole Park on Saturday, April 22nd. A tree T-shirt will be given to anyone who signs up on the day.

John Grinnell, centre manager at The Dolphin, commented: “We’re so pleased to welcome Diverse Abilities and Emma’s Clubbercise classes to The Dolphin. It’s a great opportunity to get people active by introducing some fun workouts in the community that are accessible for all the family to enjoy.

“We’re proud to be working with Diverse Abilities to promote its support of children and adults with disabilities across the county and look forward to seeing as many people as possible moving to help raise vital funds for the charity.”

Emma Darling, Clubbercise Instructor, added: “This is a great opportunity to come and try a Clubbercise classes and speak with local charity, Diverse Abilities. I’m really excited to deliver the classes and get more people involved and having fun.”

The classes will take place on Sunday, March 12th at 11.00am and 1.00pm, both lasting 40 minutes, with no booking required.

The charity, who are The Dolphin’s nominated charity for 2023-2024, will be running events at the centre over the next couple of years.
