Bournemouth Christmas Concert for Diverse Abilities

Diverse Abilities, Dorset’s disability charity, hosts its annual Christmas Concert at St. Peter’s Church in Bournemouth town centre on Wednesday, December 11.

The evening, supported by Colten Care, will be hosted by Blair Crawford, the founder and president of Hope FM.

Doors open at 6pm and guests can expect captivating festive performances from Sound of Soul, one of the South’s leading choirs and classical-crossover soprano Poppy Neame.

Entertainment will also come from Razzamataz Bournemouth, a theatre school for ages four to 18 specialising in musical theatre, as well as some Christmas tunes from Canford Heath Junior School plus the Colten Care residents’ choir, made up of singers from various homes singing the festive favourites.

Mariana Swain, events executive at Diverse Abilities, said: “We are really looking forward to this year’s Christmas Concert at St. Peter’s Church. There will be a fantastic range of performers and speakers. We’d love people to come along with their friends and family for a fantastic evening whilst supporting children and adults with disabilities in Dorset.”

Tickets are £10 for adults, £5 for children aged 11-16 years or free for children under 10. Alternatively, a family ticket can be purchased for £28, with all funds raised going to Diverse Abilities, Dorset’s disability charity.
