Meet Charlotte Holdaway, HR Manager at Diverse Abilities.

The two words I’d use to describe myself are fair and energetic.

Before starting at Diverse Abilities, I had worked in HR in food manufacturing, and more recently in managing serviced offices. Although I would say my biggest challenge is parenting. I have a daughter who I adore and is my favourite person in the whole universe.

Looking to the future, I hope to continue to learn and get involved with the great work that Diverse Abilities does as a charity and meet more people we support and the remarkable staff.

The advice I would give to a new starter is to take your time to get to know everyone and what they do. We have so many dedicated staff with so much experience who can show you how to provide the best support.
