Adult Services - The Beehive, Poole

We are looking to recruit full time support workers to join the team at The Beehive, our adults’ day therapy and activity centre. The Beehive is genuinely a real hive of activity - from zumba and drumming workshops through to arts and crafts and quiet time, no two days are the same. There’s a whole range of fantastic characters for you to meet and get to know when you’re working with us.

This role requires staff to:

  • provide excellent support and care to people day to day

  • support and encourage people to take part in new things

  • participate in regular support and supervision

Essential skills required:

  • full, UK manual driving licence

  • empathy & compassion

  • ability to be proactive
