Talbot Village Trust

The support of Talbot Village Trust has been instrumental in helping people with complex disabilities to move from unsuitable accommodation to a specially adapted bungalow by providing funding for the purchase and refurbishment of a number of properties in Poole, Dorset.

They have also provided vital equipment at The Beehive Centre, our day centre for adults with disabilities, so they can be more involved with other people at the centre. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Trust enabled us to buy two new vehicles for The Beehive Centre in order to safely transport the adults we support in order for them to receive emergency respite care.

Talbot Village’s latest support is for children and young people, and the Trust continues to make a huge difference in the lives of children and adults across Dorset.
