Join the fun at The Beehive Summer Fayre

Join Diverse Abilities at The Beehive, its adults’ activity and therapy day centre, for the annual Summer Fayre on Saturday August 26th.

There will be lots to keep everyone entertained throughout the day including a variety of stalls, a barbeque, refreshments, a bouncy castle, and games for the whole family.

Chelsey Mills, manager at The Beehive, commented: “We are really looking forward to welcoming people to The Beehive to give them a chance to see the centre, take part in our fundraising efforts and enjoy some food and drink.”

The money raised will go directly to Diverse Abilities to support the adults who visit The Beehive Centre, ensuring they receive the vital support they need, and giving them the chance to take part in a range of activities including cooking, crafts, and sports. The Beehive Centre also provides physiotherapy and nursing specialists on site for everyone who attends.

Chelsey added: “Everyone who comes to The Beehive loves getting stuck in with the fundraising events and choosing what they want to spend the money on afterwards, whether it’s for new equipment, a day out, or a meal for everyone at the centre.”

The Summer Fayre is free to attend and will take place at The Beehive, 13-15 Manor Avenue, Parkstone, Poole, BH12 4LB on Saturday August 26th from 11am to 2pm.
