Diverse Abilities ‘Just Drop In’ sessions for families at The Treehouse

Families of children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) are invited to enjoy a fun, inclusive, and welcoming space at ‘Just Drop In’ held every Tuesday during term time at The Treehouse in Hurn. 

The ‘Just Drop In’ sessions are perfect for home educated children, mentor session and all children with additional needs. Designed as a relaxed stay-and-play session, Just Drop In provides a safe environment where children and their families, mentors or carers can socialise, make new connections, and enjoy a range of activities. 

Just Drop In takes place from 10am to 11.30am every Tuesday during term time, at: 

The Treehouse, Merritown Lane, Christchurch, BH23 6DT. 

The Treehouse, in Hurn, is a specialist venue created with children and adults with physical and learning disabilities in mind. 

Facilities on-site include a large indoor soft play, learning kitchen, Changing Places toilet, sensory room, cinema room, games room, trampolines and mini golf. 

There is no need to book in advance, families can simply turn up and enjoy the session, with a voluntary contribution collected on arrival to help raise funds for Diverse Abilities and the services it provides across Dorset.
