Hoburne

The team at Hoburne Park are the fantastic hosts of our annual Rugby Lunch, helping to raise more than £250,000 – their team always provides top notch food and service for all our guests year after year.

Across its parks and its head office, the company has fundraised for Diverse Abilities as its Charity of the Year. They’ve come up with some really fun and innovative fundraising ideas including karaoke nights and car washes.

A team of volunteers spent a day working alongside Coping with CHAOS, one of our children’s services. They donated their time and skills to help renovate and tidy up the garden space in West Moors so the children could make the most of it during the summer.

Alice Smee, Hoburne’s network coordinator, took on the challenge of trekking the Sahara Desert and raised thousands of pounds in the process. In 2020, Rosie Kennar (Hoburne’s chair) and Jimmy Everingham completed a wing walk at Compton Abbas, raising even more for Diverse Abilities.
