We are excited to be taking part in the Big Give Christmas Challenge for the first time!
For one week, from midday Tuesday 3rd – midday Tuesday 10th December, if you donate to Diverse Abilities through the Big Give’s website, your donation will be DOUBLED. That means your impact will be doubled!
This is desperately needed as caring for a child with special education needs and disabilities is overwhelming for families, who suffer exhaustion and isolation, often feeling unable to leave their home. They miss out on so much of life, especially siblings of children with disabilities who can feel very isolated and anxious, facing difficulties that their peers do not have.
Every donation will provide play sessions and a safe space for the whole family, parent wellbeing sessions, weekly sibling support groups and fun trips – all helping families create special memories together.
How the Big Give works:
The Big Give connects charities to funders (like philanthropists and foundations). When the public donates to a charity like Diverse Abilities through the Big Give campaign, those funders match that donation. So £50 from a member of the public, becomes £100 for a good cause.
Between midday 3rd and midday 10th December, YOU can donate to Diverse Abilities via the the Big Give website.
Your donation will be automatically doubled through match-funding, plus gift aid if you are eligible.
