Due to the ever-growing requests for feedback from our funders it is required for us to gather the views/opinions of the young people who we support and their families. Therefore we are asking everyone to complete the below feedback form for any services which your family attends. Since we have changed over to our new SchoolsBuddy booking system, it is no longer possible for us to request feedback on each booking form, therefore it is really important that we do receive this feedback so that we can continue receiving our funding for services.
