Lead Support - Supported Living (Female)

Rate: £11.94 per hour, £50 per sleep-in
Overall purpose:
To lead a team in providing support and personal care to people who have physical and or learning difficulties to live in their own homes.
To support the Team Leader in delivering a quality service throughout supported living while promoting Diverse Abilities in a positive manner and participating in community events.
*Due to the current demands on the service, we require a FEMALE Lead Support*
You must have a full UK Driving License for this role.

This role…
Manage the service and work within the overall framework of Diverse Abilities Policies and Procedures, Commissioning and CQC Standards and all legal requirements.
To be the main contact working with the service for the Team Leader
Liaise with the Team Leader regarding the person we support and staffing.
Work independently and use your own initiative, seeking advice/support from your Team Leader when necessary.
Work in partnership with and promote positive relationships with families, friends, and other professionals representing Diverse Abilities in a professional manner.
To attend all Team meetings. This is mandatory; the agenda will include important communications and on occasions training for the service.
