Lead Support - Supported Living (Female)

Rate: £11.94 per hour, £50 per sleep-in

Overall purpose:

To lead a team in providing support and personal care to people who have physical and or learning difficulties to live in their own homes.

To support the Team Leader in delivering a quality service throughout supported living while promoting Diverse Abilities in a positive manner and participating in community events.

*Due to the current demands on the service, we require a FEMALE Lead Support*

You must have a full UK Driving License for this role.

This role…

  • Manage the service and work within the overall framework of Diverse Abilities Policies and Procedures, Commissioning and CQC Standards and all legal requirements.

  • To be the main contact working with the service for the Team Leader

  • Liaise with the Team Leader regarding the person we support and staffing.

  • Work independently and use your own initiative, seeking advice/support from your Team Leader when necessary.

  • Work in partnership with and promote positive relationships with families, friends, and other professionals representing Diverse Abilities in a professional manner.

  • To attend all Team meetings. This is mandatory; the agenda will include important communications and on occasions training for the service.
