The Vacancy
We believe exceptional support starts with exceptional people, who have a fun outlook on life and can think outside the box. We are looking for a natural leader who can make a positive impact on the lives of the children within our fun and friendly Children’s Team. We are looking for someone with the right attitude who we can nurture and offer the necessary training to achieve great things.
This role is incredibly rewarding and enables you to make a life changing difference to individuals’ lives, not only the children we support but also the families and staff supporting them. You will have the opportunity to be a role model for many and we would like to support and enable you to achieve your full potential.
You will have the chance to spend time with the children and their families and create wonderful memories that wouldn’t be possible without you. You will work across our 2 respite homes (Lilys Place and Lawford Lodge) and the family’s homes. A full driving licence and use of a vehicle for business purposes are essential.
