The recruitment process - hints and tips

  • Your CV is your opportunity to shine, make it reflect you and highlight your skills and experience!

    There are many free templates online to help you, including Indeed.

    Try to keep your CV to no more than 2 pages and ensure to include your full employment history since leaving school.

    You can skip this step and download our application form here and submit this to us.

  •  We are regulated by CQC and Ofsted and we are committed to safeguarding the adults and children we support therefore we require you to compete our application form to successfully apply for a vacancy.

    It is vital that we have your full employment history since leaving school, if there are any gaps we will go through this during your interview.

  • We conduct telephone interviews for some of our positions, not all of them.

    Don’t worry you don’t need to prepare anything for this it will just ensure you meet the criteria for the role and if you have any questions.

  • Time for you to shine ! This is a chance for you to show your personality and skills for the role. We know that interviews can be nerve racking and we will support you as much as possible to ensure you are prepared and ready to meet the team.
